Good Attitude – A good attitude is a must. You want to make sure your employee is friendly, has a positive attitude and is easy to get along with. This makes your working time with them much more enjoyable, makes it easier to get along with them and creates a nicer atmosphere while working.
Reliable – Also, there is nothing more important than finding an employee that is reliable. This means an employee that you can count on, you don’t have to tell them constantly to get back to work and someone who shows up on time on a regular basis.
Hard Working – You will also want an employee that is hard working. Find someone that is willing to go above and beyond, cares about the business just as much as you do and does excellent work. Although, if they do work very hard always remember to reward them and let them know you notice all their hard work.
