Idea: First of all, you want to make sure you have a good idea. If your business is about something that interests very few people or isn’t targeted to many, you won’t succeed. You need to find something that is a huge success with little competition.
Design: When you create a website you want to make sure you have a nice design. It should be clutter free, easy to read, have a nice professional look and a good logo.
Marketing: How are you planning on doing your marketing? Will you send out flyers, use social bookmarking websites, have a blog? What’s your plan for this? The more people that come to your website the more money you will make.
Blog: It is highly recommended that you have a blog. This is something you want to do update daily if not every other day. This leaves your customers/readers coming back for more and will help out your website tremendously.
Contact: Make sure you have contact information. There should be an e-mail where people can get a hold of you, a number or some type of address if you have a larger business.
Sell: With your website you either want to promote a business you have already, rely on google ads or sell certain items. For example, if you have a website on kitchenware, you will want to get into an affiliate program to try and sell and make a commission. Or, if you have so many people coming each day, you can try and work for Google ad clicks.
