4 Residual Income Opportunities
In my opinion, a residual income based opportunity is the way to go when you want to have money come in month after month without having to do much. What I have found with these opportunities is that its going to take a long to earn that income, but it’s going to be well worth it in the long haul, trust me on this one!
What you’re going to have to know before you start is that there is no such thing as a “Make $59,922 in 30 days.” This just isn’t going to happen! Can you make $59,222 in 30 days? Sure! It’s going to take a lot of work and time, but it can happen.
Here are 4 ways you can start making money month after month without having to do much.
#1 Rentals: Start purchasing some great rental properties. You’re going to want to make sure that you’re getting them in great areas, where you’re going to attract the right tenant. When you attract the right tenant, you’re going to find that you can easily receive a rent check each month. The only thing that you’re going to have to do is maintain the property.
#2 Start blogging: This is going to take a while, but the more you promote and the more you write, you’re going to find over time that you’re going to get a lot of traffic. Add ads, as well as get private advertisers. Once your blog gets big enough, you will just watch the advertising money roll in.
#3 Purchase a website: Every day, there are 100s of websites up for sale that are already making money. If you know how the business works, its a great time to purchase one and make money right off the bat. Use website services such as Flippa to find websites that you may want to buy.
#4 Work on a commission basis: There are some great sales jobs out there that you can take advantage of. For example, you could sell insurance and every time your client renews his/her policy, you’re going to get that commission again. The hard part is just building up your client base.
You can see that it’s going to take time and hard work. If you’re looking for the easy way out, it’s not going to be here. You will have to remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it’s more than likely going to be a scam, so watch out!
