- Now, you need to find good insurance. This insurance will cover all your business aspects.
- Once you have insurance, you will need to apply for a state license to start your business.
- Once you’ve got those two, you will need to get a federal identification number.
- Once you’ve got a great group of people, do background checks just to make sure you’re happy with everyone you’ve got.
- Now, advertise your business to those that are looking for a nanny. Once you get calls, find the best nanny for the children and situation.
Creating your own nanny business isn’t hard to do. Once you get all the dirty work handled, and employees hired, you will just be looking for more and more people to send out your nannies to. Eventually your business will grow even larger there will be more children, and more people to hire!
