Once you have your truck running, you’re going to want to follow your local city’s ordinances. Every city is different when it comes to acquiring a mobile food license. The best thing to do is consult with your local business county office, to see what you need. You may also have to get routine inspections by the health department as well.
The location
The cool thing about a business like this is that you can get up and move. Once you find a destination that works, you can keep coming back. If you purchase a building, you can’t do that. This is why turns a lot of business owners on.
