How to Create A Facebook Business Account
Facebook is the newest, and hottest thing lately and while it could disappear such as Myspace did, you have to take advantage of trends today. If you’re looking to opening up a business account for Facebook, I wanted to show you how you can set one up.
First, if you’re not familiar with Facebook advertising, you’re missing out! Not only can you target just about any person out there, you can get your message across for a very reasonable amount of money.
Steps to opening up a business account:
1. The first thing that you’re going to want to do is create a Facebook page, or create a Facebook ad. Even if you don’t have an account, you can proceed with these steps. Keep in mind that you will want to make sure that you don’ t have a personal account for the same business. You will want to keep the 2 completely separate.
2. Once you’re on the link above, you will just want to follow the appropriate information that is listed on the page, when you’re ready to create a page or ad. What you will find out is that a page is something that you can promote for free via your website, word of mouth, etc. With an ad, this is what you will run with the Facebook advertising system.
3. When you’re completing the process, Facebook will ask you if you have a Facebook account. This is where you will want to select, “I do not have a Facebook Account.” Once you select this, you will have to enter your email address for your business, as well as your date of birth.
If you thought this was going to be a long process, it isn’t! These are the only steps that you’re going to have to take when you want to create a Facebook business account. As you can see, it isn’t as hard as you think it is. While this is just the beginning of the process, you will want to be sure to know on how to create successful pages, as well as ads. Good luck!
