Expensive vs. inexpensive - Do you want something that is inexpensive yet draws in a lot of people like McDonalds or do you want something that brings in a lot of money per person, yet not that many people?

Well known vs. Newer – Are you looking for something that has been around for years and everyone knows what it is or are you looking to give people something newer that has just come out this past decade or so ago?

A lot of workers vs. little amount – Do you want to have to deal with a lot of different employees or are you looking for a smaller business that can be run by just a few different people?  What is better for you, more fun and seems more likely to work out?
