Creating a Business Plan Outline:
1. What do you want your business to be?
2. Costs in the beginning?
- What kind of deposit do you need to rent out a place?
- How much will it cost to rent out that place monthly?
- How much will you be spending on office supplies to start out?
- Cost of decorations in the beginning?
- How much will it cost to get your licenses and titles?
- Do you need a company vehicle?
- Who is going to give you the loan you need?
- What interest rate are you being charged for the loan?
3. Costs after start up?
- How much will employees be each month?
- What are the costs of utilities?
- Whats the price of re-filling office supplies?
4. Employees?
- How many employees do you need?
- What are the jobs of each employee?
- How much does each employee get paid?
- Are these employees skilled, have good resumes and good backgrounds?
5. Goals?
- What kind of money do you want to make each month realistically?
- What are your goals for the business?
- Where do you want to be in 5 years?
- What’s the main project you want to focus on?
6. Insurance?
- What kind of insurance will you carry?
- How much does it cost monthly?
- Who will be your provider?
7. Marketing?
- How will you do your marketing?
- Do you have business cards?
- Do you have a website?
- Phone number to be contacted?
8. Accounting?
- Who will be your accountant?
- How much will it cost to have them?
9. Income?
- Realistically, how much will you be making each month?
- How can you make more?
