Business Keep in Touch Letter Sample

When running a business, there’s going to be a time when you meet with a client for the first time, or maybe you’re wanting to keep in touch with another client.  You’re going to find that there are times when you don’t know when you’re going to meet next.

To make things easier and to keep your business / name in mind, there’s probably going to be a time when you’re going to want to send out a letter.  This is a great way to not only show them that you want to stay in touch, but it’s also a great way to keep your business fresh.

Here is a sample letter that you can write when you want to send out a letter to “keep in touch”:

Dear Mr/Ms <last name>:

Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to serve you in the past.  Not only did we enjoy working with you, would love to work with you in the future.

Since you’re considered a very valuable client / customer, we would love to keep you updated with what’s going around our business.   Enclosed is more information on what’s going on, and how you can benefit from this.

We look forward to working with you again in the near future!

Yours truly,
Business Owner

The key here is that you’re going to want to keep it short and sweet.  You’re also going to want to make sure that you’re not overwhelming them with certain junk each and every week.  Instead, try and reach out every few months or so.  If you start to spam them to death via email or even via the regular mail, you  may find that they are going to get rather annoyed, rather than benefit from it.

Something such as the letter above should be more than enough when you’re looking to write out a letter.  When doing so, make sure that you just keep it short and sweet, as well as get the point out.  By doing so, you will find that it won’t be that hard to create that letter!
