Best Small Business Phone System

Small biz phoneEvery good business needs a phone system that works, and with today’s technology, there are so many great phone systems out there that you can use.  I wanted to point out what I think are the top 5 systems on the market today.  No, they aren’t going to break your budget, and it also isn’t going to kill the employees, when it comes down to learning new technology.

Top 5 Small Business Phones

  • Panasonic Integrated Business Phone: For under $30, you can get a top of the line business phone that looks sleek, and is fairly easy to use.  This corded speakerphone provides a reliable connection, as well as a headset jack, and 10-station speed dial.  Also has a built in port for connection to computer modem, or fax.
  • Cisco Linksys SPA942: If you’re looking for a phone that you can use on the Internet, this is the ultimate business phone for you.  As part of Linksys, you can have a dual-switched Ethernet port, high resolution display, as well as connect directly to the Internet for high quality sound.
  • Panasonic KX-TS3282B: This 2 line corded speakerphone, has up to 8 optional extensions, as well as Caller ID, and call waiting, with up to a 50 name and number memory based system.  It can be mounted on the wall, as it also has the redial, speed dialing, mute, hold, and so much more.
  • AT&T 974 Small Business System: Another great looking speaker phone by AT&T.  It has the paging, intercom, and call transfer options, as well as a 200 name/number directory.  This phone alone is by far one of my favorites when it comes down to the look and design.
  • Cisco SPA941 4-Line IP Phone: This former Linksys series phone is a great fit for just about anyone looking for something for their business.  It connects directly to the an Internet telephone service provider, and has a fantastic high resolution display.  It’s easy to install, and has secure remote provisioning.

Obviously there are a lot more business phones out there, besides these five, but if you’re looking for one both big, and small, I would consider these five, before you look at any of the rest on the market today.
